Best practices
Shaping a sustainable future
At PNE Polska, we rely on a foundation of best practices that set standards in all areas of our activity. From partnership relations with local communities, through strategic industry alliances, to pro-environmental innovations and sharing expert knowledge – we strive to ensure that our work has a real, positive impact on the environment. We believe that renewable energy is the key to a sustainable future and we want to shape this future in a transparent, ethical manner and with respect for social and environmental values.

Investing in clean energy and communities
Local engagement
PNE Polska, from the beginning of its activity, focuses on building strong and lasting relationships with local communities in which we implement our investments.
We understand that a RES project is not only a source of clean energy, but also an opportunity for the development of its surroundings. Therefore, we actively engage in local life, participating in various cultural, sports and social initiatives. We financially support local sports clubs, community centers and other institutions, contributing to improving the quality of life in the region. We want our presence to be synonymous with positive changes, new opportunities and lasting value for residents.
We believe that dialogue and transparency are the basis for successful, long-term cooperation. From the beginning of the investment development, we organize information meetings for residents, constantly consult our plans with local government authorities and take into account local needs and suggestions in our projects. PNE Polska investments are an impulse for the development of local infrastructure, the creation of new jobs and increasing the attractiveness of the region for further investors.
Partnerships drive progress
Our partnerships
At PNE Polska, we believe that effective cooperation and exchange of experience is the way to dynamic development of the RES sector. Therefore, we actively engage in partnerships with key industry organizations and institutions.
We are a member of the Polish Wind Energy Association and the Polish Photovoltaic Association. Our experts take part in debates and meetings initiated by these organizations. We also support them in providing opinions on regulations, developing standards and promotional activities.
A transparent and substantive dialogue with local governments is extremely important to us. Therefore, we have become a RES partner for the Forum of Polish Towns and the Association of Rural Municipalities of Poland. We cooperate with these organizations to jointly shape the future of renewable energy in accordance with the needs of local communities.
Protecting nature is part of the plan
Environmental protection
Environmental protection is an integral part of our operating model for PNE Polska. We understand that the development of RES must go hand in hand with care for nature, which is why we apply the highest environmental standards at every stage of project development and minimize our impact.
As part of the preparations for investments, we conduct long-term and detailed environmental monitoring. We use innovative solutions, such as modern wind turbines, which are more efficient and have less impact on the environment. We take care to minimize noise, protect birds and bats, and manage the area responsibly.
We are a partner of the Kwietna Foundation, supporting their projects for the restoration of biodiversity of meadow ecosystems. This know-how can be used in the implementation of photovoltaic farms, so that flower meadows are used within these investments, supporting biodiversity and creating places friendly to, among others, pollinating insects.
Practice meets education
Knowledge sharing
We believe that sharing knowledge is an investment in the development of the RES sector and building a society aware of the benefits of renewable energy. Our experts regularly participate in industry conferences. This is an opportunity for us to present and discuss best practices, key trends and industry demands with representatives of other companies, scientific institutions and non-governmental organizations, contributing to raising standards in the industry.
PNE Polska employees are also involved in educational activities, acting as lecturers and preparing students of higher education institutions such as the Gdańsk University of Technology, the University of Gdańsk, and the Maritime University of Szczecin for future challenges. We teach courses on environmental protection in the energy sector and organizational, legal and technological aspects of the construction of offshore wind farms and related power infrastructure on land.
